Lynn Kingelin joined the Bay Street design team in the Schematic Design Phase to design the architectural facades, custom lighting/railings and to create a coherent street environment. Midway through the Design Development Phase, Lynn was the only designer on the project, leading a team through construction documents. Construction was completed in 2002.
