The idea for the Catalonia Dream wallpaper came from a drawing I sketched after a trip to Spain. I stayed in Sitges and was unaware that Carnival was beginning on the evening I arrived. I was taken and inspired by the people, the place, the costumes and the atmosphere. The drawing reflects how I felt flowing within the crowds. It was a walking dream and the wallpaper design uses a element from the drawing to create patterns of masked faces coming up to the surface and then turning away.
