3/4 Iconic Dining Chair
In this month’s UK House & Garden magazine (March 2006)
The eccentric, rebellious domestic environment is filled with
objects we find an affinity for.
Lightweight and durable, the prototype, shredded paper chair
is made from a new material developed by Lynn Kingelin
at the Royal College of Art. The edges express the fragility
of paper and blur the transition of the ephemeral into a
lightweight, durable material. Over time the frayed edges,
touched and used, wore away to reveal the organic durable edge.
